Rethinking Rebuilding is developed as a public-good initiative. It is not a commercial conference, a marketing event, or a closed professional seminar. Its purpose is to make high-level knowledge, dialogue, and educational methods accessible to a broader civic and institutional audience.

Philanthropic support can be directed toward access, learning, public dialogue, documentation, or the longer-term legacy of Rethinking Rebuilding. The following levels are intended as guidance and can be adapted to donor priorities and the final programme budget.
